Hey guys and gals!

 

Firstly - Happy Valentine's Day, if you observe it (and, let's face it - who doesn't LITERALLY observe it?! It's everywhere you turn). Either way, happy...day!

 

Let's shine a gentle Ottawa MMA light on one of our students, Marina O'Hara.

 

Marina has put forth some thoughtful words about N-1. She feels that the N-1 environment is "competitive in a friendly way" and she encourages prospective students to "come and try and keep an open mind. Do not judge yourself."
